SHIPPING- We ship most of our orders USPS Priority Mail. All items that are in stock will ship within 3 days of purchase and arrive between 2-3 days. You will be contacted by email when your order has shipped. In the event that an Item is backordered or out of stock, you will be notified by email. Some Items sent directly from the manufacturer may take longer to ship. Some items may be shipped separately.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- Yes! We are Happy to Ship international. Please contact directly for shipping charges for your Order.
CANCELLING AN ORDER- Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Undeliverable & Refusal of an order will be charged the shipping fee and a 15% handling fee.
RETURNS- We want you to be extremely satisfied with your purchase and will happily either exchange or refund your order as long as the following guidelines are followed.
1. Please notify us IMMEDIATELY on any returns via email- CustomerCare@CelebrationsnSweets. Please include your order number and Problem with the order. We will respond quickly and provide you with a mailing address for your return.
2. Your item(s) must be unworn & unused and in its original packing materials and box.
3. Items must be postmarked for return within 7 days.
4. The original & return Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
5. Custom Orders are NOT refundable.
